Chest-to-Wall Handstand
Facing the wall (walk up with your feet): it teaches the straight handstand line without the fear of falling.
How to do it
- Hands a hand-span from the wall, fingers spread
- Push the floor with the shoulders beside the ears
- Ribs in, glutes squeezed, toes pointed
Sets, reps and tempo
Ranges: 3–5 sets of 20–60 s
Tempo: Enter the position under control, hold with constant tension, and come out before your form breaks
Common mistakes
- Arching the back into a banana shape
- Sinking the shoulders and resting weight on the head
